How to Enrol
Joining TEX is simple!
Follow these steps:
1️⃣ Choose Your Track – Select the exchange program that aligns with your goals.
2️⃣ Apply Online – Fill out the application form with your background & interests.
3️⃣ Interview & Selection – Shortlisted applicants will have an interview.
4️⃣ Pre-Program Orientation – Get insights into cultural immersion & expectations. Participants must be willing to share their learning with the rest of the TirakaTribe
5️⃣ Participate in the Exchange – Complete Projects. Engage. Learn. Grow. Share your learnings. Travel (if applicable) – Program requiring travels has additional steps to follow including visa requirements, vaccination, insurance and waivers.

This name is not only a reflection of the cultural roots and heritage of the communities the initiative serves, but it also symbolizes the unyielding commitment required to drive meaningful social change and empower individuals facing systemic challenges.
